There are two configuration feeding options,., which are

the fort-edge feeding form and the stripper back-kicking

feeding form.

Front-dege feeding form is adopted (the strppr ik feeding can

be chosen and configured).

The  main motor adopts the transducer to control, with initiator protection function.

The transducer is adopted to control lowing rate, and can be

adjusted flexibly according to different cardboard.

Left and right side block electrics and designable adjustment.

High effective suction machine, which can clean up dust and

wastepaper on the cardboard surface(choose according to different machine type).

Manual two-way self-locking adjustment institution makes it

convenient for fast adjustment.

Overalelectrodynamic type zero centering, reducingspecimen

printing correction.

Touch screen display is adopted and various machines have time monitoring.

Constant and intermittent single-page form advance, pre

adjustment and wastepaper setting.

采用卷轴式挂版，换版简单，并设有脚踏开关控制正反转;

手动双向自锁结构调整压轮间隙， 调整简便;

上墨胶辊采用橡胶，中高经研磨，传墨效果好 (可根

据需要配置刮刀系统);

墨辊采用硬铬网纹辊(可选配陶瓷网纹锟 );

缺墨自动报警并停止送纸，避免损坏胶辊与网辊;

相位采用刹车马达变频控制， 自动记忆擦版复位功能;

横向调整采用电动及可电脑设定调整，左右移动20mm;

相位固定采用电磁式刹车机构，当机台分离或调整相位时，保持印版位置固定。

Center winding type is adopted, which makes it easier and faster for revision, and a pedal swith control is also established to perform positive and negative rotaiton

Manual two-way self-locking structure is used to adjust pinch roller clearance, which makes it easier and faster for adjustment.

The rubber covered roller with ink adopts high-quality wear-resistant rubber, which goes through special grinding and has effective distribution ablit(configure scrapper system according to needs)

The inking roller adopts high-precision hard chrome anilox roller (ceramic anilox roller could be chosen)

The inking roller can automatically perform ascending and descending in order with the paper feeding system

Automatic alarming will be initiated in case of lack of ink, and paper feeding would be stopped to avoid damaging rubber covered roller and wite rol

The phase adopts brake motor frequency-conversion control, with automatically plate-wiping replacing rucording function.

Horizontal adjustment adopts electrical control, which moves 20mm both left and right;

The phase fixation adopts electromagnetic brake instiution. when the machine and stage separate or adjusting the phase, keep the machine plate fixed.

   Single-axle double-knife structure is adopted,and the back-knife can be set by computer and adjusted electrically by hands.

   The five-knife set can all be moved, and the adjustment clearance can be set by computer and adjusted electrically by hands.

   The arbor and pressure line axle both adlpt hard twice precision grinding.

   There's the elastic corner-cutting kinfe.The third, fifth and seventh cardboard don't need to be adjusted.

   Manual two-way self-locking is used to adjust clamping roller clearance, which makes the adjustment easier and faster

   The phase fixation adkpts electromagnetic brake institution. When the machine and stage separate or adjusting the phase, keep thefront knife plate fixed;

   The touch displaying screen is equipped, which makes date setting and control easier.

模切刀相位，电脑及电动数字控制。

模切刀横调，采用手动调整，控制范围共10mm。

胶垫辊切削修平机构，胶垫可多次重复使用，可大幅度节约使用成本。

胶垫辊机械式横向±30mm游动装置，提高模切胶垫的使用寿命。

采用模切均衡器提供线速补偿，胶垫后纸箱成型尺寸一致。

   The die cutting scraper could be adjusted horizontally with manual control ranging from 10mm.

    The glue roller cuts the trimming mechanism and the cushion could be used for many times and savethe use cost to a great deal.

    The cushion roller mechanical, horizontal and facility from +30mm to -30mm could raise the servicalife of the cushion of the die-cutting.

   Used the die cutting equalizer, providing wire-speed compensation, be ensure the carton formingsame size after repair the rubber.

中台升降采用电眼自动控制方式，电器执行采用PIC编程控制；

防下滑装置及检测电眼，作业，大叠纸高度为

1700mm。

   The lift of central desk is automatically controlled by electroniceye.For the electricexecution, PLC programming control is adopted;

   The safe slid-proof device and safe detection electronic eyensure the safe operation.

Maximum height of paper stack is 1700mm.
