◎采用封闭式刮刀系统配合双向墨泵及高压快速喷洗机构，可大大节省油墨和清洗时间。

◎刮刀腔内喷涂“特氟龙”不沾层，避免水墨淤结。

◎陶瓷网纹辊优质无缝钢管基材，轴头热套工艺自然紧配(非焊接)并做深度调质处理、表层高温、高压喷涂陶瓷层;精密研磨，使用寿命为普通网辊的3倍。

◎精密激光雕刻网纹，载墨量均匀。

◎相位调整采用伺服马达双担式行星齿轮差动构造，间隙可微调，确保传动更精准，可360°精密调整，方便稳定可靠。

◎相位、印刷基准位、过纸间隙可实现订单管理式自动调整。相位固定采用气动式刹车机构，当机台分离或调整相位时，刹车机构限制机台转动，保持印版位置固定。

◎水墨供给系统采用气动隔膜泵循环供给，供墨稳定，操作方便，保养简单。

◎回墨斗为不锈钢材质，内部喷涂特氟龙不沾层加速水墨回流防止水墨淤结。

◎Precision laser engraving mesh, uniform ink load.Phase adjustment adopts servo motor double arm planetary gear differential structure,clearance can be fine-tuned to ensure more accurate transmission, 360° precision adjustment,convenient, stable and reliable.

◎Automatic adjustment of phase, printing reference and paper gap can be realized by ordermanagement.

◎The pneumatic brake mechanism is used for phase fixing. 

◎When the machine is separated oradjusted, the brake mechanism limits the rotation of the machine and keeps the plate positionfixed.

◎Ink supply system adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump circulation supply, stable ink supply,easy operation, simple maintenance.

◎The ink return hopper is made of stainless steel, and the internal Teflon non-stick layer issprayed to accelerate the ink reflux and prevent ink deposition.

UV光油烘干部   UV Varnish drying section

◎采用紫外线方式快速烘干印刷表面的UV光油，避免出现掉墨现象和影响上光效果。

◎在紧急停机时，不会引起火灾事故，安全可靠，还可根据需要确定干燥范围，节约能源。

◎开槽刀座横移调整机构横移采用多丝杆配合线性导轨，使移动更灵活，准确。

◎开槽采用伺服马达独立驱动电脑/电动数字控制360度调整(运转、停止均可调整)。

◎The paper pressing shaft is a steel roller, the shaft isequipped with 3 pieces of paper pressing wheel, the paperwheel is a rack type fast manual movement.

◎Phase is independently driven by servo motor, computer/electric adjustment, double-arm adjustable gap planetarygear structure, 360° precision adjustment.

◎模切胶辊偏心齿轮与车壁配有淬火钢套，带齿圈、齿排气缸顶锁，大大增长偏心齿轮使用寿命及胶辊稳固性。

◎表面包裹优力胶，优力胶安装采用扣式结构，便于更换。

◎胶辊采用机械差动式结构使其左右自动横移，横移量30mm，可使优力胶套磨损均匀，延长使用寿命。

◎模切胶垫配有自动修复机构，使胶垫可车削多次，反复使用。

◎模切胶辊具有独立变频电机驱动线速度补偿功能。

◎漠切刀轮划有横向、纵向刻线，并附有M10螺丝孔，其螺丝孔位为国际标准规。轴向间距50mm，径向30等分(控局夹角20°)。

◎刀模高度采用标准高度H24mm，使其制作及安装容易、迅速。

◎过纸上压轴为钢辊，轴上配3件过纸压轮，过纸轮为齿条式快速手动移动。

◎相位采用伺服马达独立驱动、电脑/电动调整，双担式可调间隙行星齿轮构造，可360精密调整。

◎采用单独PLC及触摸显示屏操控，相位、过纸间隙采用数显式自动调整(入订单管理系统)。

◎相位固定采用气动式刹车机构，当机台分离或调整相位时，刹车机构限制机台转动，保持模切刀模位置固定。

◎Die cutting roller has independent variable frequency motor drive linear speed compensationunction.
