◎模切部由胶垫辊、模切辊、横移机构(行星差速机构)和导纸机构组导纸机构上、下轴由压线轮组成，两轴采用十字滑块连接，偏心套与定心轴承座分离，使传动齿轮的精度长期稳定。

◎两轴间隙采用双向自锁装置，数字显示，调整范围2-12mm。

◎优力胶垫辊，离心浇铸合金钢管，研磨加工，镀硬铬，静平衡。

◎该辊两端的支撑轴承为固定轴承套，无需消除由偏心带来的间隙，模切时噪音极小，极大地延长了使用寿命。

◎胶垫辊采用自动横移机构(减速机)，横移±15mm换向，可有效延长胶垫使用寿命。

◎伺服独立控制压线轮，可实现同模版与压线完全一致。

◎刀模辊(带斜口刀具壹套)离心浇铸合金钢管，研磨加工，镀硬铬，静平衡。

◎两端的支撑轴承采用偏心机构，无需反向压力机构(重力向下)，压力调整为电动，PLC控制，数字显示。

◎刀模辊与优力胶辊在不模切状态下通过气缸推动偏心装置自动脱开，工作时自动合拢，减轻机器使用负荷，延长了优力胶和模切刀使用寿命。

◎自动跟踪送纸传递状况进行刀模辊升降，确保每一批模切工件为合格品，避免产生不必要的浪费，有效保护胶垫并延长其使用时间。

◎相位装置去掉了行星机构，由伺服电机直接调整，准确到位。

◎十字滑块机构采用了浮动盘和凸轮轴承相结合，传动盘采用了花键机构，大大地提高了模切部的传动精度和使用寿命，减小了安装误差和劳动强度。

◎Automatically track the transfer status of the paper feed to make the die roll rise and fall, ensure thateach batch of die cutting workpiece is qualified, avoid unnecessary waste, effectively protect the rubberpad and extend its use time.
