◎本机由送纸、印刷、开槽(模切、堆码、客户自选)等部分组成，可一次完成2-11mm瓦楞纸板的印刷、压线、开槽、切角(打孔、打扣手、客户自选)等工序。

◎采用封闭式喷淋润滑系统，开机上油降低齿轮噪音减少齿轮磨损，延长齿轮使用寿命。

◎印刷部、开槽部全部采用行星齿轮相位传动机构，精确耐用。

◎相位调整采用液晶电脑相位仪控制，可控精度±0.1mm，精确可靠。

◎采用电动分离，气动锁紧、气动抬板、电动匀墨、电动调刀等装置，可实现停机不停墨，有效的消除了机器间歇式水墨变干及退色，影响印刷效果的不利因素。

◎用分体气动定位，机组分离时可使原齿轮齿位置不变，调节尺寸不变，减少了重新调节尺寸的工序，提高了生产效率。

◎采用电子计数器，能正确的控制纸板的正确数量，并带有警报电铃机构，在设备开机，调整时以警铃警示，提高安全预警。

◎With split pneumatic positioning. the unit separation can make the original gear tooth position unchanged, adjust the size unchanged.

◎The use of electronic counter, can corectly control the correct amount of cardboard, and with alarm bell mechanism, when theequipment is started, adjust the alarm bell warning, improve the safety warning.
